How long does it take?

We typically ship orders within 48 hours. Shipping usually takes 3-5 business days within the US.

What image quality do I need?

Higher is better! For a 1000-piece puzzle, we recommend a photo that is at least 2MB in size.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we only ship to the United States, but we are hoping to expand soon!

What if a piece is missing?

We hand-check every puzzle, but if something goes wrong, just email us and we'll fix it immediately.
